Lovely tasting and oh so healthy Leaf greens and pudding recipe that you must try!

IngredientsÂ

1/2 cup full cream milk / almond milk (chocolate)

1/2 cup canned coconut milk

1 Tablespoon cacao nibs

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tablespoon AIM CoCoa LeafGreens

1 tsp raw crunchy almond butter

1 Tablespoon honey
Method
- In a bowl, add the almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and CoCoa LeafGreens and mix with a whisk.

Add the full cream milk / almond milk, canned coconut milk, cacao nibs and chia seeds. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk. Cover and place in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.

Serve topped with a dollop of whipped coconut cream, fresh raspberries, and a sprig of mint.
