Delicious fit and Fiber overnight Oats. Fiber is essential to overall health and with this recipe, you’ll get all the Fiber you need + oats which has fiber in itself. Give it a try.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup gluten-free oats or gluten-free muesli
- 1 tbsp Fit ‘n Fiber
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp raw, runny almond butter
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or plant- based milk of choice
Directions
Method
In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients. Using a whisk, stir in the almond milk. Mix well until all lumps are smooth. Cover and put in fridge overnight to thicken.
Use preferred sweetener if desired. Top with freshly grated apple, a dollop of coconut yogurt, a drizzle of raw honey or maple syrup and a little toasted coconut flakes just before serving!
Optional: To boost protein intake, add a scoop of
ProPeas to the almond milk and blend until smooth. Pour over dry ingredients.
For “chocolate” overnight oats, add 1 teaspoon of CoCoa LeafGreens to the ProPeas.
